Process/Philosophy

At Stonebridge, our approach to investment management begins and ends with the client. We structure our clients’ portfolios for the long-term by gaining an in-depth understanding of our clients’ investment objectives, risk tolerances, liquidity needs, investment horizon, and unique circumstances.

Through our equity and fixed income solutions, we purposefully develop investment strategies and build customized investment portfolios. The goal of our process is to ensure that investment needs are met, while the portfolio benefits from over 40 years of investment expertise.

The foundation of our investment strategy development lies in fundamental research, while macroeconomic factors are reviewed to confirm long-term investment themes.
Identified opportunities are then presented to the broader investment team for discussion and potential inclusion into investment strategies. A buy, hold, or sell decision on a security or issuer is agreed upon as a group through open debate by portfolio managers and research analysts.
