Everything your firm runs a household on, on one tab —
at the custodian you already use.
Charles Schwab · Interactive Brokers · Axos · Apex — nothing repapers.
Not your custodian. Never your competitor. Never expensive to leave — a one-year agreement you can end on thirty days’ notice from day one, and the full record leaves with you, in writing.
Why we exist
To end the tech trap, so the work can go back to being advice.
Not one of them was built to be a firm. They were built to be products — each solving one job, each with its own login, its own invoice, its own idea of who your client is.
Which leaves one thing holding them together: your hours.
What leaves your desk
The three that eat the most hours and carry the most operational risk. They leave your desk, and they do not come back as a task in another system.
What comes back is hours. Enough of them that your week looks like advice again — and that is the whole proposition. The work gets easier, and the time it returns is the time that grows the firm.
What is on the one tab
Each of these used to be a login. Now it is one login, one password, one tab, one system. One invoice, and nothing to integrate — because it was built as one system rather than five that learned to tolerate each other.
And all of it on one tab
A client needs forty thousand dollars for a roof. The Roth is untouchable, the UTMA is not hers, one trust has a corporate co-trustee, and the taxable account is only right if you know the lots and what has already been realized this year.
Today that decision is spread across a custodian portal, a separate reporting system, and a rebalancer. On the household screen it is one view: every account, the cost basis and lots, the realized gains, and what selling does to the allocation. You choose. Place the trade yourself from that screen, or hand it to our desk inside the mandate you wrote, without leaving it.
The trades are placed. While she is still on the phone.
You leave that screen for two things: research on holdings this family does not own, and anything about your business rather than this household. And the money itself moves at your custodian — we raise the cash, we never touch it.
What does not change
Your clients stay at Charles Schwab, Interactive Brokers, Axos or Apex, which we never hold. Nothing repapers. Reports and invoices carry your brand, not ours. And if you ever leave: thirty days, your full transaction history, composites, billing files and invoices, in CSV and PDF, at no charge — written down here.
And nothing you have today gets switched off until you switch it off. Your current stack keeps running until ours matches it line for line.

Ready when you are
One conversation, one-on-one, with a principal of the firm — not a rep. You leave with two numbers: what your stack costs you now, and what this costs instead — on assets, the way you charge your clients.
Bring nothing but your invoices. Nothing moves, nothing is signed, and there is no second email unless you write back.
Schedule a call to see for yourself Call 888-GET-UXWP
Rather hear it from a peer? We will introduce you to a principal running a firm your size, on your custodian. A current client who receives nothing, in cash or otherwise, for the introduction, and has no interest in the firm beyond being a client. Nobody from UX Wealth on that call. Ask for the peer intro when you book.
